Pipelines

I have a Bitbucket (Server) 10 Users: Starter License.

I cannot see the option for Pipelines in it.

Please help how to enable pipelines in it.

Bitbucket server does not have pipelines. You'll need to commission a separate (but integrated) build tool. I would, of course, recommend Bamboo as the integration is incredibly easy.
