What is Atlassian's recommendation on Projected Cost Saving for an EPIC.

Does Atlassian has any glossary on the field names used in Epics, Stories, Sub-tasks etc.,

There is no such system field. However you can always create your own custom field to capture that and use it in your project for epic.
