For one of our custom page blueprints, when we try to create a new page from that template, we get an error that says "Your request could not be processed because a required security token was not present in the request. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page."
Additionally, when checking the logs, we found a very large amount of heartbeat errors (which we know there are a lot of causes for), but the Atlassian support we've found online says that heartbeatAction errors are normal if the user's session expires, so it will say the userName is anonymous. But whenever there is a HeartbeatAction error that occurs when a user tries to create that page from the template, it has the correct userName, it doesn't say anonymous.
Something that might be important to mention is that our Confluence server is kept behind a reverse proxy using Apache2. But we're pretty sure we've set up Confluence to be aware of that reverse proxy.
Thank you for any help you can provide! This has been making it really tough to create pages from templates!
Edit: Some solutions that we've already tried are
- Increasing the maxPostSize in the HTTPS connector
- Increasing the session timeout amount
- Clearing cache & trying on a different browser
