My customers do not have access to Service Desk

I have allowed customers to access the Service Desk without login/account.

However, a login is provided when accessing the service desk.

Are customers accessing the Service Desk using the portal URL (which you can find under (Service Desk) project settings-> portal settings->portal URL)?
