We have a problem importing the tags from the Git integration. We have version 1.2.8-AC of the Git integration plugin. There is already version >2.1.
Is it possible to upgrade to newer version of this addon?

Hi - this is Adam Wride from BigBrassBand (the vendor providing the Git Integration add-on). If you are using v1.2.8-AC this means you are using JIRA Cloud (rather than JIRA Server). The JIRA Server add-on is several years more mature than JIRA Cloud so it has a few more features (though Cloud has some that Server does not...).
Git Tags is coming soon to JIRA Cloud - contact us at support@bigbrassband.com and I can email you when we launch the feature.
