I dont's have added any single ssh key in my account but still if i'm going to add new ssh key of any user.. it's giving error like someone added this ssh key..

The same SSH key can't be used between accounts, you must create new keys for each individual Bitbucket account.
It seems from your message that you're trying to add SSH keys for other users, if that's the case they'll need to add their SSH keys to their account themselves. If you were trying to add their SSH keys to your account, please let us know what's the purpose you're after so we can figure out a way to help you.
