Clients reports in customer portal

There's any way for the clients to download a report of the tickets from the customer portal??

No, they can not export it but they can see all their tickets under Customer Portal> Requests> My Requests

Only through an app like the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports - where customer can export to CSV, among many other things.
