Can I have automatic, labeled Up, Next and Prev links (a la Gnu Info)

John Yates_rekzrb

The Confluence sidebar is very nice. Still in documentation structured as a large tree of nodes I really miss page titles as labels on the Up, Next and Prev arrows. Is it possible to have such labeled links generated automatically?
