Confluence - No longer can create pages - spins....

All of a sudden with confluence when i go to create a page it just spins and spins and then eventually pops up and says "Something went wrong after loading the editor. Copy your unsaved changes and refresh the page to keep editing."

I have shut off all the AV stuff and that did not help.

Hello Justin,

- Did you check application logs for any errors?
- When did you start seeing this issue, did you see this on other spaces and is any other user facing this issue.

Usually a page refresh should fix this issue. I also remember facing a similar issue and to resolve my issue I restarted Synchrony, you can give that a try if you would like to. If not then you need to check your application logs ( <confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log) to find the error. I would be happy to take a look at your logs.

Ah, that's catalina.out log files under installation dir, can you check the logs under confluence-home (c:/confluence/data/logs/atlassian-confluence.log) and open the atlassian-confluence.log file from todays timestamp when you faced the issue.

It does appear to have something to do w/ that Syncrhony you were talking about? When you say you restarted it, i have done a server reboot....i dont see a service called that either...
