Hi Atlassian Support,
Could you please suggest how to add customized text in the confluence login page? We need to show the text somewhere within the "Log In" section. Kindly suggest. We are using confluence v7.3.3.

Hi @Bogeswari Challa
Please follow the below steps to add the text.
Thanks,Manisha
You can do this using pure CSS so that you don't need to change any velocity templates.
Something like this for example:
.login-form-container fieldset:before {font-size:0.9em;display:inline-block;content:'Your text here....';}
This will add text just below the login title.
Much simpler and safer than modifying the Velocity template.
Thank you!
Pls, let me know where this needs to be added. in the .vm file ?
If we want to have the text below Log in, how we can do it?
This won't work any more updating to Conflunce 9.2.x.I tried to adapt it to the new login page:
#login-header span:after { display: block; content: 'Your Text here...';}
But this has actuallly no efect any more. Any sugsestions?BR,Rainer
Use :
if (window.location.pathname != '/login.action'){
