Web Form to Feed into JIRA Issues

I'd like to add a public facing web-based form that follows all the same custom fields that are in JIRA Studio for a specific type of issue, we would build out two forms, one for what we call LP issues, and one for CFM issues. How does one set it up to feed directly into JIRA, whether by email or alternate means. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Creating a web form and sending out an email appropriately formatted could be handled by a JIRA mail handler - JEMH. If you dont like email, you're going to have to do it using remote API's.
