The Behaviours plugin has been merged together with the Script Runner plugin. @Jamie Echlin [Adaptavist] has an issue open to track the work of marking it Data Center compatible here, so you should probably vote for that issue and watch to keep up to date on its progress.
As Chris said. AFAIK it will work fine. Official support will come in time.
