How can I make SLA-field in product project (not service desc).

THis field should show how many hours (seconds) till the resolution time.
if priority of sub-bug is medium, then 10hours from create or change priority.

but it most minus not working hours (working from 9am till 6pm) and minus holidays days.

Hi,

What I'm suggesting here is to set up an SLA named "Resolution Time". You can specify the conditions as a JQL condition in the SLA configuration page like below:

SLA Goal would be 10h and SLA Start: Jira Field: created is the configuration you need. If the SLA is breached you can fire an event from the plugin which can be captured to change the priority of the issue.

Time to SLA also comes with a calendar feature in which you can specify holidays and working hours.

The functionality you need can be achieved with SLA PowerBox add-on. You can configure it accordingly (set resolution time based on priority, define your operating hours, set holidays, and special support hours like half-day shift, if needed). Basically, this plugin can be fully customized to your business needs.
