increase user licence count

Question

Hi, We current have a 25 user licence for confluence/gliffy/scroll pdf/graphviz, and need to add more users.

If we need another 10 users, can we buy a 10 user pack, or do we need to increase it to the 50 user tier ?

You definitely need to move to 50 User Tier, and all the Add-ons (Gliffy et al) need to match (e.g. 50 User Tier).  Next is 100 Users, and so on.

I think the general rule if you have remaining support, e.g. 2 or 3 year remaining, upgrade math is:

[new license cost] - ( [current license cost] / 2 )

I do not think there is any such provision to make such additions - You can probably move over to the next license count of 500.
