How to create pie chart with average?

Hi All,

I need your help to create a pie chart based on 2 conditions.

I have data from 2010 onwards to 2020 but i have to create a pie chart for the FY1920 [Apr 19 to mar-2020] showing the average of gender [male and female], Could you please suggest who to put this eazybi. 

and other one is based on hard coded Values of  by mar-2020 with gender for example, i have 300 male and 100 female in my team by 31-Mar-2020.

Evan Golden {VisualScript}

VisualScript for Jira pie charts show percentages, and have an expanded view with number of issues with hyperlinks.  They can report off of any field.  I assume gender is a field?  You can create the pie chart to include parameters for start date and end date.
