Has anyone created or done the CSS/theme modification to make Confluence emmulate read the docs (Sphinx) theme (https://sphinx-rtd-theme.readthedocs.io/en/stable/)?

Scroll Viewport comes with a customizable documentation theme, or you could create a custom one. I would guess you could recreate the Read the Docs theme.
