How to customize Login Portal Page in JSD

I want to add a link in Login Portal Page in JSD. I see answer as below

But when I Add announcements, it not appear in Login Page. I want to add a link in Login Page, Please hepl me

I suspect you are looking to customize the Login page from the wrong location, a specific Service Desk customer portal. This is where you find the Add announcement button.

Instead, you need to go up a level, to the Help Center: {{jiraUrl}}/servicedesk/customer/portals

Here you find the Customize button. 
 

From where you can "Add login announcement".
