Can I remove/hide "Other Issue Types" section at the bottom of Customer Request Type dropdown?

When Customer Request Type is in a Create/Edit screen, it shows the request types for the current issue type, and below that is an "Other Issue Types" section.  Is it possible to remove or hide that section or those options?  I know CRT is an unusual field.

Sorry, yes, I edited to make clear this is for Server.

I know you cannot in Cloud and expect the same in Server but cannot say definitively.
