How to change issue status to "Waiting for customer" manually&&

Hello

When issue is assigned to me, i can change issue status using "Workflow" button. But not all statuses are available there - only Escalte, Resovle this issue, Cancel Request, Pending.

Is it possible to change status to ""Waiting for customer"? It seems that if i using answer with plugin "Mail attachments for Jira" Automated transition doesn't work.

So you'll need to look at the workflow to see where there are transitions into the status, and what conditions are on them.

That sounds like your workflow does not have a transition from the current status to "waiting for customer".

I think it has, because if i add a coment to issue, it moves to status "Waiting for customer".

Where? In the request or the issue?

In the issue. If engineer, assigned to this request, leaves a comment, the issue moves to the "Waiting for customer"
