Creating a Jira Ticket from Powershell Script with some output.

I have a power shell script which collects information from SQL Server and send a mail to multiple people. 

In this i want to create a ticket with attachment (output) in jira and send me the details with the ticket number  

I have to login to the account with my jira account credentials, current users on windows machine, i don't want to pass the password to it from the code.

Start at https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/basic-auth-for-rest-apis/ for the authentication (password) basics, and then move on to https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/jira-rest-api-examples/ and the documents around it for what to post to Jira to get it to create an issue.

For the email part of it, just make sure the project you are creating the issue in has a notification scheme that says "email reporter on issue create"
