No table grid editor showing in customer portal

Hi Dears,

I have created a new service request with his corresponding screen and fields. When I create the incidence by the team user or administrator the field Table Grid Editor is showing without problem, but when I want to create the same incident by form of the end user the field is not rendered in the form.

The App we use for the Table Grid Editor is iDalko Table Grid plugin.

Please, could you give me some help.

Attached screens for more understanding of the scenario:

* Create the incidence.

* Form with field Table Grid Editor is rendered.

* Form with field Table Grid Editor is not rendered.

Hi Tansu,

That is 100% correct.  We had to rewrite the add-on to be servicedesk compatible.

There is a migration app available here

We'll convert any active table grid editor license to a table grid next generation at no cost (until April 2021)

Welcome to community.

I guess there is no compatibility with service desk. You can directly create a support ticket to vendor for any questions.

Table Grid Next Generation add-on is compatible with customer portal. Migrating to this new app may solve your problem.
