Getting error: "Unable to communicate with server. Saving is not possible at the moment"

It is not possible to edit existing pages without getting this error message "Unable to communicate with server. Saving is not possible at the moment."

I already turned off collaborative editing and it doesnt matter which character or symbol i use. I also rebooted all services and the operating system.

Is there anything else i could try?

Was this issue resolved? I am also unable to successfully publish edits to a Confluence page. It is a fresh cloud-based version of Confluence.
