More than one done status - Next Gen

When using a Next Gen project, can more than one status be considered done/resolved or is there a limitation that only one status can be considered done/resolved?

If more than one status can be considered done/resolved, where is this configured as I have not been able to locate such configuration flexibility.

Currently, on next-gen projects, it's not possible to add more than one Open or Done status.
