Problems when trying to display a template

Hello, I create a template in confluence, but right away when I selected the template to test, it would flash the body of the template, but then just show the "Page Name" box and the body disappeared.

I tried to do a "reload" from the browser, and it appeared the text of the missing body was stuck in a one character width column along the left side of the page.

It says I'm using version 6.12.2

Chrome or firefox (same issue)

Anybody know what I should do?

Hello @Rob_Bowerbank !

As I understand, creating templates in your Confluence instance does not work as expected.

I was unable to replicate the behavior locally. With this in mind, I would like to ask you a few questions:

 

1. Has this worked at some point in the past?
2. Is there any error thrown on screen during this process?
3. Could you provide us with a screenshot of the behavior you described?
4. Are you still able to use already existing templates?
5. Do you use any kind of proxy in your environment?
