How to sync/clone from Confluence Production Instance to Dev Instance? ( Both are same versions )
Could someone please let me know step by step which could be easy for me to do the same.

if your dev instance is already installed and configured, you only need to dump the production database and import it in your Dev database.

this step is usually done by your database administrator or system administrator. I do not know what type of database you're using, so it depends.
We are using Microsoft SQL Server.
Another question is : How to copy Whole Confluence Production into Dev instance pls?
Because i need to upgrade the Confluence version 6.6.6 to the 7.4 version before doing this i need to test this in Dev instance and version is same for both Instances.
