Azure Pipelines

Hi, we have startedto use Azure DevOps and Pipeline. I was hoping to configure Jira to integrate instead of Stash. I found the Azure Pipeline but is it only for Jira Cloud as we are on Prem?

Any assistance would be much appreciated!
