ScriptRunner - Send Custom Email Post Function - "Jira Project" automatically being added to Subject

I have added a 'Send Custom Email' post function to my workflow and it is working great, with the exception of one thing; for some reason, ScriptRunner is automatically adding "Jira Project" to the beginning of my subject line.

My subject template (see below) does not contain that phrase and I have not been able to find why this is happening.

$issue.status.name Needed - $issue.key | $issue.summary

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ScriptRunner is not adding that, but rather it comes from the system-defined outgoing mail prefix. You can view that setting and change it if you wish (but it IS system-wide, and users may be making use of for email rules) by clicking the system cog in the upper right, choosing System, and choosing Outgoing mail in the left nav bar.
