For 2 days I received the oops on the Reporter of the ticket. Why?

What do you mean by getting oops ?Are you trying to open the reporters profile ?If yes, Your org may have blocked that piece with permission settings due to legal compliance issues.
Yes, when my cursor was over the "Reporter's name I got the Oop instead of the profile.
No permissions have been changed on our end.
