Not able to create new Space Site

I got my access on Confluence but not able to see Create Space option in header..

As per help documentation

1. Hit Spaces > Create space in the header. 
2. Pick a type of space. 
3. Enter the required details and create your space.

But I am not able to see "Create Space" option. Let me know whats missing or any other access required.

Create Space permission might be missing for you user. I suggest that you consult to your confluence admin for the access.
