Is there is anyway to get the notification when user got created inside JSD?

Hi All,

I am developing one of the addons to the Jira service desk server.
This is my requirements: 

- I want the information about the user when it got created into the Jira service desk. 

- any webhook type notification or any push notification type anything will be fine for us. 

- two information we need user key and user email id.
