Project Configurator - Import conflict detection doesn't show zip file

I'm trying to run the "Import conflict detection" on an instance of Jira Software, but when I press the dropdown box it does not recognize the file in the directory.

I have created the projectconfigurator folder in the import directory, changed permissions to have full access, unzipped and rezipped the file, restarted the service, but it still does not show anything.

What more can I try?

The solution from Adaptavist support:

"I think could be a problem with some javascript files. Please, could you try another browser ( current versions). But if the previous suggestion not fix your problem, please could you install manually the PC version I have attached in this ticket ( you must to uninstall first your current PC plugin)"

The attached version was 3.1.12.

We don't know yet what has caused this issue, but once that is confirmed we can possibly keep record here if anyone else encounters the same. Anyway, we will look into it and fix it for you asap!
