Hello guys,
I'm trying to debug a plugin I've developed, I have Jira installed on my docker container I already did some researchers and what I found out that I have first to enter my docker container using docker exec -it <docker container name> bash
- I had to locate my Jira bin folder which was in /opt/atlassian/jira/bin
- then I had to modify startup.sh by adding jpda to the following line exec "$PRGDIR"/"$EXECUTABLE" jpda start "$@"
- after that, I had to modify the setenv.sh script by adding the following line :
${JVM_SUPPORT_RECOMMENDED_ARGS:="-agentlib:jdwp=transport=dt_socket,server=y,s
uspend=n,address=*:8000"}
and when I am trying to connect it using my IDEA which is IntelliJ it shows
Unable to open debugger port (lcoalhost:8000):java.net.ConnectException "Connection refused (Connection refused)"
worthy of thanks
