As an JIRA Administrator when i searched for issuetypes,workflows and scheme getting white blank page

Hi surendra,

welcome to the Community!

While it is very strange, indeed, that the page does not load two approaches come to my mind.

• Have you tried to put Jira to safe mode for a short test? This would ensure that no App is responsible for the effect. In safe mode (temporarily) all Apps are deactivated.
• Prio to that I even would advise to screen relevant log files, first of all atlassian-jira.log - hopefully, there is some meaningful error message logged on about how the pages do not load.

Please come back with details here after trying. Community is then more likely able to help.
