add status button is missing on my board

Hello, I need help ... in Jira I have a board that a few minutes ago could add states to the different columns, but now it is no longer possible, the permission scheme and roles in the project have not been changed. As a jira administrator I cannot see the button either, it is not even disabled, it just does not appear on the screen ... what can I do to solve it?

Hello,

It ist not possible because you don't use the simplified Workflow. This could have several causes:

1.Workflow is shared with other projects.

2. Different issuetypes in your Project use different workflows.

3. You do not use All transitions exclusively

4. You have transitions with conditions, validators or postfunctions.

Try to change back to simplified Workflow or ask a system admin to add the new status to the Workflow.

Hi @Felipe_Araya_Tobar , are you referring to how you can map statuses from the unmapped columns to the other labeled columns? If all statuses have been mapped already then there are none available to map. Or do you refer to something else?
