I would like to add a some of my local weblinks to the JIRA issue Screen. Does anyone know if there is a addon that will do this?
You don't need one. If you use the "links" section to add a link, you can choose between an internal JIRA link, a linked application or any "web link" you want - feed it a url and you're done.
