How to get the actionId by status name in IssueLinkCreated Event listener
Status do not have actionIDs, so I'm afraid your question does not make much sense. Also, an issue link event happens when issues are linked, not on transition, so the event does not contain anything related to the status (it's irrelevant)
Could you explain what your listener is intended to do?
