search for all stories and subtasks under all Epics that will be filter based on remoteobjects

Hi All,

I'm not really aware of the syntax while using a search on Jira.

I'm trying to get all stories and sub-tasks under all the epics based on the following filter:

project = XXX AND "SF Provider" in remoteObjects("Provider__c.Provider_Priority__c", "P2")

I tried using the parent in epicsFromFilter("")

And also issueFunction in hasSubtasks() but with no succes.

I'm not sure how to initiate the filter while using functions related to issues.

I'll appreciate your help regards it.

Hi @Amir Hakakian ,

 

- Save a filter of all epics, e.g. Filter = A

- Search for issues/stories in epics using this JQL:

issueFunction in issuesInEpics("filter = A")

- Save the above filter as Filter = B

- Then search for all subtasks using this JQL:

issueFunction in subtasksOf("filter = B")

- Finally use both queries by adding 'OR' between them.
