How can i make that access to the https://jira.local:8080/secure/Dashboard.jspa is only from certain ip-subnets?
Hi,
by using a reverse proxy in front of the Jira Application (see here for examples) it is not so hard to configure a requirement like yours using Apache directives.
From looking at your URL with port 8080 I assume right now there is not yet a reverse proxy in place on your site - but if then I'd give the option mentioned above a first try.
