I have attached a video in my confluence page and is not displaying

Hi. I have uploaded and attached a video in a confluence page but is not displaying a preview. When I publish the content and go to the video, it says that I have to download it in order to see it. What can be happening?

Use the Multimedia Macro to insert the video.
