How to change the notification wording for the end-user on the issue status screen?

Hi,

A manager recommends that we change the wording on the issue management screen. I can't find the field or form that I need to modify this text or even remove the option completely Get notifications.png Don't notify.png . Any help is appreciated.

As far as I know, that is by design. There's no way to edit that.
