Actually I have a question related to Bug is closed by Developer or QA team if Bug Reported by QA and resolution provided by the developer.

In our company actually we do this. I mean the test team raise find a bug and then raise an issue (reporter) and assign it to developer team. And in bug workflow we have 4 status. 1 open 2 in progress 3 resolved 4 closed. The developer team resolve the issue and again the test team (QA team) close it.
Thanks Ashkan so assigne will change in that case means reporter and assign will qa team in closing time.
yes I hope I could help u. Usually when developer resolves an issue, automatically the issue assign to reporter ( in case bug issue type)(with automation) to approve an close the issue.
