I'm looking at my list of issues in Structure and I see a hand icon on the left of one of them. I have been asking around but nobody seems to know what that hand means. Any idea?

This icon is an indicator that the issue has been manually moved within a dynamic structure. Here is a document on Manual Adjustment feature.
