cannot enable jira dvcs plugin.

Question

I upload to the server and try to enable the dvcs plugin.  the process fails and indicates to look in the logs.  here is the tail from the logs:

one of our admins resolved the issue late yesterday.  i will try to find the resolution and post it.

Have you checked whether you have the right add on version for your JIRA version?
