Search Task with "labels" not includes some text

How do I create a filter for looking Task with labels not included "Apple2019" on it?

I tried:

labels !~ Apple"
labels !~ "Apple2019"

Both is throwing me error:

The operator '!~' is not supported by the 'labels' field.

Probably you also want to retrieve issues not having labels at all... so use:

type=Task and (label != "Apple2019" OR label is EMPTY)
