Take value of Field to an other.

Can I thake the Value of an Field  ore more Fields as an Input to an other Field. Like handling with Variables. Text or Numbers.

e.g the Field 1 have 15 the Field 2 have 10. than the Field 3 have automatically 25.

Or Field 1 have Samy Field 2 have Johnsen , than Field 3 have automatically Samy Johnsen

You can only do this with a scripting add-on like scriptrunner. (You may also want to have a look at Power Scripts add-on)

The add-on provides you with scripted fields which allows you to do exactly what you described using scripts that get the value from the other field and calculate them.
