HI I work for livspace, and i am a design lead, i wanted to access the website, but i am unable to. As its little urgent, can you help me with the same?

If you are working for Livspace and you are using Jira server (and not Jira cloud), you should ask your Admin if site is not accessible to you. We can only help if you have some sort of difficulty in using Jira or you Jira is not starting up etc.
In case Livspace is using Jira cloud, your URL should be, https://livspace.atlassian.net
