Re-appending request groups to a project

Question

I am unable to find how to re-append request types or groups if they have been removed from a project.

I had removed groups and request types in a particular project to allow for a streamlined customised sets to be created.

My issue is that I cannot return (re-append) the original standard Groups or even request types.

Am I missing something as the search of documentation does not come up with anything!

Andrew this is more at the project level.

If I say customised a set of Service Request groups (deleted some or amended them) then surely there must be a way of selecting the "default" ones again!?

Seems a bit of a gap to not be able to do this!

Even to add the "default request types" back in.

Looks like I will have to delete various projects and re-create them. Just got to now figure out how to transfer existing tickets that are raised against them to the new replacement project.

I don't think there is a "re-create default configuration" button.

You could always make a new Service Desk project and see what is in there, and use that as a guide to re-create in your original one.

Andrew, thank you for your response, however that is not what I am asking.

If I removed one of those in the pic above - you are saying I have to "create" it again (new).

Is there a way of getting the standard ones (default ones) re-applied without having to "create" fresh again. !
