JIRA query to retrieve data from multiple projects based on multiple criteria

(project = ACSC AND fixVersion = "ACSC 11.2 EP6 TV MP1" ) AND (project = TableView AND affectedVersion = "TableView 16.2") AND type = Defect AND resolution != Rejected

I am trying to make this work.

Trying to retrieve the issues from ACSC project with fixversion and from Tableview project with affected version in the same query.

Any help is much appreciated.

If you would like to get all issues from 2 different projects, you should use OR instead of AND. Hope below is what you are looking for.

(project = ACSC AND fixVersion = "ACSC 11.2 EP6 TV MP1" ) OR (project = TableView AND affectedVersion = "TableView 16.2") AND type = Defect AND resolution != Rejected

I am facing one issue with this query. When I provide this query with

With Resolution != Rejected I get the count as 235

With Resolution = Rejected I get the count as 39

Without this condition, only the total defect count comes to 379

On analyzing the mismatch in number, figured that for the total count all the Resolution status as "Unresolved" is also listed. But when I give the condition as "Resolution != Rejected", the Resolution status as "Unresolved" are not listed.

Request your help to capture even the resolution status as Unresolved even when I provide the condition.
