Filter from other filters

I'm running a number of teams across a large program of work.  We are working in one JIRA project (also shared with other teams who aren't part of our program of work).  All the teams and workstreams have their own individual boards/views based on Jira filters and I'm trying to get a single view of the board.

 

I'm using this Jira filter/query for my master board:

filter in ("30169", "30370", "30368", "30422", "30125", "30503") ORDER BY Rank ASC

The individual filter numbers are the filters running the individual boards.

I am getting results, however if I take for example the last filter 30503, I get a different number of items when I go to the board using 30503 directly than if I am on my combined board using the same JQL on 30503 as a 'quick filter'.

What am I doing wrong ?

@Wendy.Isaacs You might have a sub-filter added to the board, to find out that you might have to go to the specific board where you have the discrepancy and go into board setting> General and there check if there is a sub-filter added. 

If yes then that would make a difference in the ticket you see on the board and when the filter is used separately in the search results.
