New Jira Core cloud change your default JIRA home page

Is this "Your Work" page customisable so we can include other information, like my comments in tickets.  Better yet, can we create a 4th tab to filter the actual work that I have done (transitioned an issue, commented on an issue, logged work done, etc).

Thanks for reaching out and currently the "Your Work" page is not customizable, but we have received a bit of feedback about this section lately and we want to get more feedback going. 

You can see some of the feedback we have received in the comment section of the upcoming chang coming to the navigation menu soon, that relate to this section, at this request:
